Travel – Accommodation

Travel to and from Heidelberg has to be organized by the selected participants themselves. Heidelberg is connected directly (or via Mannheim, 10 minutes) to the ICE- and IC/EC-Network of German Railways (DB). Arrival is at Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (Central Station). For more information: www.bahn.de. All travel expenses have to be paid by the participants.

Accommodation during the different training modules has been arranged at the indicated venues below and will be covered by SEEDED summer school program at no extra costs for the the selected participants.

Module 1 - lecture workshop

July, 13 – 15, 2017, Crowne Plaza Heidelberg

A single room will be provided at the venue Crowne Plaza from Thursday, July 13 – Saturday, July 15, 2017.

Module 2 - experimental course

July, 17 – 20, 2017, EMBL Heidelberg

A studio at the GuestHouse in the heart of Heidelberg will be provided from Saturday, July 15 – Thursday, July 20. 2017.
Shuttle buses will go from the Hotel to EMBL and back, mornings and evenings. The schedule and location of the bus stops will be made available before the meeting.

Module 3 - data analysis

September 27 - 29, 2017, IPMB, Heidelberg University

A single room at Café Frisch, a small hotel very close to the venue will be provided from Wednesday, September 27 -  Friday, September 29, 2017.
