Management of the Consortium

This subproject comprises the management structure for the consortium. The coordinators and the subproject leaders will ensure the proper functioning of the project in order to achieve the objectives, to complete the milestones in time and to deliver the deliverables and make sure that the consortium’s contractual duties are carried out. This subproject will also support the consortium web-page and the web-based collaboration platform to exchange information and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The administration office will further compile and main-tain SOPs. This entire project combines various emerging disciplines of biomedical research and clinical healthcare which never before worked together in such a comprehensive way. Thus, we will take this opportunity and cross-train the involved researchers in the various fields by organized a biannual 1.5 days tutorials.
