Clinical Validation and Translation

The correlation of the extensive data sets generated in TPs 2-5 with clinical data is central to this project. To achieve this, we will use existing and built up new patient cohorts based on the extensive experience available at the European Pancreas Center and the NCT. These cohorts will cover both tumor samples from patients analysed in TP2 to TP5 as well as resectable PDAC patients with and without local and recurrence.
