Management and Analysis of clinical and preclinical DLBCL data sets

Our subproject is structured into eight tasks. T4.1 Design and mplementation of an integrated project-wide database of tumor samples and analysis results; T4.2 Linking of primary experimental data to genome annotations; T4.3 Definition of SOPs for data processing across various Omics technologies; T4.4 Statistical data analysis for determining DLBCL / senescence signatures; T4.5 In-silico functional characterization of found signatures; T4.6 Targeted feature selection to enable simple experimental
signature detection; T4.7 Analysis of signatures in the context of other tumor entities; T4.8 Prediction of therapy influence based on pathway models.
