In silico approaches for ILD and app-based EMA data

The role of WP3 in this consortium is employing computational techniques in analyzing and integrating multimodal data towards improving understanding and translation of results. Combining preclinical and clinical data, and approaches from fields such as signal processing, time-series analysis, and ecological momentary assessment (EMA), WP3 aims to gain greater insight into addiction and treatment response (OXY, as well as other treatments) at both the individual and group levels.
Specifically, pre-existing as well as newly generated datasets from the present consortium are synthesized and explored to further characterize and classify responders and non-responders to treatment, identify warning signs of alcohol relapse and build predictive models.
