Infrastructure of data management and data exchange

Combined analysis of data of different types is essential for systems biology. Typically data are  generated at different sites and need to be merged at a central unit. This subproject will provide the necessary infrastructure for the exchange of quality controlled data between the different sites. This includes the setup of a web server with a content management system. For the exchange of small documents we will use owncloud.  Our joint source code repository will be a placed on this server too. Larger data sets will be exchanged through an encrypted access to the file server.
The second part of this sub projects deals with the harmonization of clinical and genetic data. We will implement implement a database which houses the results from the different experiments and will provide access to all partners.
