Abstract submission is closed.

Information for virtual poster

Poster size: A3 – document (portrait) click here for a template (pptx).
Note: Your abstract will be displayed automatically on the same poster platform. Hence, it is not necessary to repeat your abstract on the poster.
Font Size: min. 12 pt,
smaller font is hard to read on the screen.
File format: *.jpg or *.png format (width min. 900 px - max. 1500 px!)
File name:  <poster number>_<surname>, e.g.:   “05_Smith”
Optional: Besides your poster you are welcome to also prepare a type of podcast-file with audio that we can also upload on the platform for you (max. length 3 min, max. size 2 GB).

Please upload your documents on our NextCloud folder until November 02, 2020. Link information will be send to you via mail.

The presenting author is expected to be online available in order to present and discuss the data and during poster sessions (2:45 - 3:30 pm).

 

 

 

New alliances - completed

Every new e:Med alliance starting in 2019/2020 will be introduced by a short presentation on its scientific idea and goals and previous research.

If you want to update your new alliance abstract, please contact us at the e:Med office (info@sys-med.de).


All abstracts will be presented to the participants of the e:Med Kick-off Meeting 2020 in the abstract book, which will be available as download.

 

e:Med awards

The top three posters will be honored by the e:Med poster award 2020.

Award criteria:

  • scientific quality and novelty
  • concise statement of significance of research
  • focused problems, innovative solutions
  • succinct, clear, engaging presentation
  • visual balance between text, figures and tables
     

On top of that, the top ranked most creative FlashTalk presentation will be awarded by the "NaWik Communication Award" with a voucher for a NaWik Seminar.

Important:
The awards will only be allocated to participants who are online at the award ceremony or who have as an exception nominated a representative.
