Preclinical Translation

The goal of this subproject is to provide a pre-clinical evaluation platform for drug candidates or treatment schemes identified in TP4 based on the analysis of genomic and transcriptomic data sets (TP2). These candidates have already been tested in cell cultures in TP3 and only the most promising ones will move into this TP5 to explore their activity in in vivo settings.
For this we will uses different types of in vivo models in order to allow the identification of drug-specific resistance mechanisms and possibilities for therapeutic intervention.
